IdentiQ started with a dream — and a school kid who wanted to do something different.
I’m going to Grade 12 , but I’ve always known I want to be my own boss one day and build a future in property and business. I grew up watching my dad run his company, surrounded by business owners and entrepreneurs. That’s where I caught the bug — seeing how connections open doors.
One day I realised something simple: everyone’s going digital, but people still hand out paper business cards that get lost or tossed away. So I asked my dad to help me build a smarter way to connect and that’s how IdentiQ was born under the AppStack umbrella.
What started as a digital business card grew into something more, now we’re creating ICE (In Case of Emergency) and Find My Pet tags to help people and pets stay safe and connected.
IdentiQ is more than just a product it’s my first step toward my dream. A way to learn, grow, and make something real that helps people every day.

Delivery & Returns
We deliver nationwide across South Africa 🇿🇦 using The Courier Guy, one of the country’s most trusted delivery services.
🕒 Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Custom or branded products may require an additional 2–3 days before dispatch.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@appstacksa.co.za
.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the item has been returned and inspected.
Please note: Personalized or custom-branded items cannot be returned unless faulty.
